Our
proposal and contract process... Shortly
after visiting with you for your free estimate, you
will receive a phone call from us with an oral
proposal. If an agreement is reached Vision
Contracting will prepare a detailed contract outlining
every aspect of your particular job. In the package
with the contract you will also receive a calendar
with an estimated starting date and an estimated
completion date.
Payment
Schedules... Very simply stated, our
payment schedules are "customer friendly". They are
all considered on an individual basis. These schedules
are set up to make you, the paying customer, feel good
about the work progress as well as allowing Vision
Contracting to purchase materials and pay workers for
work already performed so that your job progresses
smoothly. If you have any concerns or questions

Insurance
Assurance... Be assured that Vision Contracting
carries all the proper liability insurances. No one
should ever entertain a bid from a contractor without the
proper insurance coverage. Mistakes happen; hire a
